BOOKING INFORMATION AND TERMS & CONDITIONS


All booking shall be made at least 90 days prior to the commencement of the tour advancing 25% of the total tour fare.

Booking by Agent / Group:
We request to sale or book a tour fulfilling minimum required number of parson with tentative date of commencement of the tour considering the time limit specified above.

Individual Booking:
Individual booking entertained subject to fulfillment of minimum required number of person within the scheduled time limit of booking. In that case we do not ask for any booking fee unless responded by minimum required person.

Group size required:
Minimum-15, Maximum-30

Price:
Prices are subject to change. We estimate tour costs every after 6 months reviewing current market prices of essential commodities and services to ensure cost effective price for our clients.

Services:
Tour prices include all services itemized in the itinerary:

a) All Transportations (Ground, Water, Domestic air fare)
b) Accommodation (as specified)
c) Sight-Seeing
d) Excursions
e) Boating and Cruising
f) Guide and Guards
g) Full Board Meal with Snacks.
h) Tea and Refreshments
I ) Tax, Toll, Entry Fee, Porterage etc.

Meals:
Full board meal will be provided as per standard menu given by the tour leader.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided in three-star hotel in capital city Dhaka and best available hotel, motel or lodges outside Dhaka on twin sharing basis. Single supplement could be provided in the hotels in Dhaka city but subject to availability out side Dhaka. Complimentary single accommodation for tour leader.

Child discount:
Children under 6 years discouraged but will enjoy free trip with their parents if not requiring extra services other than food. Half price for children under 12 years.

Confirmation of Tours:
All booking shall be confirmed after payment receipt of total tour fare at least 30 days before commencement of the tour. Confirmation after 30 days will be considered depending on availability of services.

Cancellation and refund after booking:

(a) A claim for refund shall be considered if cancellation is made within 30 days after the booking by deducting 10% as booking fee.

(b) No refund shall be considered if cancellation is made after 30 days of booking.

Cancellation and refund after confirmation:

(a) 50% of the total tour fee shall be refunded if cancellation is made 30 days before commencement of the tour.

(b) 25% of the total tour fee shall be refunded if cancellation is made 15 days before commencement of the tour.

(c) No refund shall be considered if cancellation is made within 15 days of commencement of the tour.

 Amendment and changes :

(a) Any change in the booking shall have to be made at least 30 days before commencement of the tour.

(b) Extra costs incurred by the change must be paid before commencement of the tour.

(c) Transfer from one tour to another: A new tour fare shall apply for the change with 10% booking fee.

(d) Change of any arrangement or services such as accommodation, transportation etc. will be considered subject to availability against payment of extra costs, if applicable, incurring 10% booking fee (refund guaranteed if new costs are less than previous costs).

(e) No changes in the services shall be considered within 30 days of the commencement of the tour.

Full refund is guaranteed if cancellation is made by NAC Tours for any reason. All cancellations and refunds are subjected to International Travel Rules.

Passport and Visa:
Valid passport required. Visa should be applied well in advance for travel to Bangladesh.

Insurance:
Customers shall have travel insurance from their country covering personal accident, medical expenses, emergency repatriation, loss of luggage and personal effects.

Mode of payment:
All payment to be made by remittance, bank transfer.

Changes in the itinerary:
The tour guide shall have every right to reschedule the time and route in case of unavoidable circumstances in order to make the tour comfortable and successful.

Responsibility:
NAC Tours is responsible for entire operation of the tour as per the itinerary in normal circumstances. In case of flight delay, sickness, personal problems, loss of baggage, natural calamities etc., the company shall have limited responsibility but to overcome and manage the circumstance or problem and make the tour successful. The customer shall pay the extra costs if incurred due to the problem.
